Agreeing to the terms and conditions below prohibit your Deposit submitted to Nailchemy to be refunded unless specifically approved by Emily Elizabeth.

CANCELATION

Deposits are considered non refundable after booking, but can be used to rebook your appointment if notification of cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to booking OR in emergency situations approved by Emily Elizabeth, clients will be able to rebook. Failure to notify of cancellation or last-minute cancellation within 48 hours of appointment time without being considered an emergency will forfeit their deposit and require another deposit to rebook. For any appointments cancelled and a rebook was approved, please contact Nailchemy directly to book your new appointment.

HATE SPEECH

Nailchemy reserves the right to reject or cancel an appointment either before or during if any hate speech is committed during or before your appointment. Whether the hate speech be directed towards the owner of Nailchemy, Emily Elizabeth, or towards minorities of the general public. Cancellation of your appointment in this manor will forfeit your deposit and blacklist you from the studio.

GUESTS

Guests are prohibited from attending Nailchemy. Only medical assistants, parents/ guardians, and other previously approved guests may come to your appointment. For approval of your guest, please contact Nailchemy directly after booking to notify of the requirement of a guest.

PHOTOGRAPHY

By scheduling an appointment, you consent to photography and video content of your hands being recorded. You can revoke your right to consent at any time during the appointment

LATE FEE

There is a $10 late fee for any appointment where a client is more than 10 minutes late. Failure to show up 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation of your appointment. 3 no shows will result in a blacklist at Nailchemy

BODILY HARM

Cuts, and knicks will sometimes happen and products can irritate skin in some situations. I understand Nailchemy cannot assure that there will not be irritation, cuts, or knicks.

I understand that allergens such as HEMA pose a potential chance of causing allergies. I understand that any allergens exposed by Nailchemy are not the cause or responsibility of Nailchemy.
